In an effort to better serve you, Fifty One Eastʼs Electronics Service Centre was opened on the 20th of December 2009 on Salwa Road and was relocated in December 2019 to its permanent location at Lagoona Mall.

From a simple fix to a more complicated repair, the technicians here at Fifty One Eastʼs Electronics Service Centre can get the job done. Our techniciansʼ expertise covers a wide array of home appliances and consumer electronics. If you are not sure whether your unit requires a standard tune- up or an extensive parts replacement and diagnosis, we invite you to visit our centre where our team can gladly let you know upfront if your electronic item is likely worth repairing.

  • Free Warranty Repairs

    If your device is in warranty or supported by AppleCare, then let us pick up the tab for hardware related issues. No matter where you originally purchased your device, weʼll make sure it is repaired and working the way it should. Terms and conditions apply around what Apple deem to be covered under warranty. Our Service Centre technicians will be able to confirm with you should there be a question over eligibility.

  • Out of Warranty Service

    For a fixed QAR 50 labor charge, let our certified technicians diagnose your product and give you a detailed quote on the replacement unit. This applies to all iOS system operated Apple products (iPhone, iPod, iPad, Apple TV, etc...), Beats products, the AirPort and AirPort Time Capsule which are out of warranty. As for OS X system devices such as the MacBook, Mac Pro, iMac and Mac mini, a QAR 150 fixed labor charge applies.

We use original spare parts.

The parts used by non-authorized service centers are often of inferior quality in comparison to the original Apple spare parts, thus degrading the features and performance of the product.

A non-original spare part may lead to additional operation issues (degraded colors and light diffusion issues, battery or motherboard overheating, reduced battery life, device combustion due to the use of a non-genuine battery etc).

We offer a 90-day warranty

Every repair is covered either by a 90-day warranty for the repaired part, or for the remaining term of the original warranty of the product, whichever is more beneficial to the owner.

We offer services following training and testing by Apple

The repairs are conducted by Apple-certified technicians, who are being continuously retrained through a specific training platform. All the procedures designated by the manufacturer are strictly followed through all stages of repair. Moreover, we have full access to Appleʼs diagnostic tools, which ensure fast and reliable detection, and we have specifically configured areas, according to Appleʼs instructions, that help diminish errors and failures.
