  • How to order from iSpace website?

    Create/Login to your iSpace Qatar account. You can now fill out your cart by choosing from the available items.
    The next step would be to choose your preferred delivery option and complete the payment with a credit card/debit card.

  • What is the delivery time frame?

    We thrive to deliver our products the soonest and within 24 hours inside Doha from placing your order (Excluding Friday's and Holiday's). Our customer service team will share with you the exact delivery date and time once your item is confirmed in stock.
    An accurate address should be given in order to be able to deliver your purchases. Providing correct information is the sole responsibility of the customer. iSpace Qatar has the right to cancel the order or charge additional fees if the information provided were incorrect.

  • Do you charge for delivery?

    The delivery is free of charge for any order worth QAR 200 or more.
    Orders less than QAR 200 will be charged for QAR 10. Minimum order is QAR 50.

  • Is the delivery service available for all over Qatar?

    We deliver within Doha and vicinity. Please check the Delivery Service policy for more information.

  • I want to cancel my order. What shall I do?

    It is possible to cancel your order any time before it gets delivered. Simply contact our Customer Service team on 4433 5524

  • I have cancelled my order. How can I refund my money back?

    The bank has made a hold on your credit card for the value of your order. The total amount will be released within 24 hours in case the cancellation was done on the same day. For orders cancelled after 24 hours, the release/refund will be done as per your bankʼs policy.

  • What is your Exchange & Refund policy?

    If you are not satisfied with your online purchase through for any reason, you can always opt for an exchange or refund within 15 days, provided that: The product is unused and returned in its original condition. Unsealed items will not be accepted.
