Exchange & Refund policy

1. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase through iSpace Qatar’s online store for any reason, you can always opt for an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving the item(s); provided that:
   • The product is unused and returned in its original condition. Unwrapped or open items will not be accepted.
   • A copy of the invoice is presented as well so we can track your purchase.
2. Electronics including mobiles, laptops, tablets, headphones, etc.… cannot be exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is found. iSpace Qatar reserves the right to determine this.
3. Item(s) purchased on iSpace Qatar online store may be exchanged and/or returned by visiting your nearest iSpace store.
4. In case you paid using a credit card, refund will be made on the same credit card.
5. In case you lost your invoice during the 15 days, you can contact us or ask for a copy from our after sales team. A copy of the invoice will then be sent to you by e-mail.
