Any use of the Site and/or the Proprietary Materials, except as expressly set forth herein, including reproduction, modification, distribution, dissemination, re-transmission, broadcasting, republication, reprinting or re-posting, without the prior written permission of Company, is strictly prohibited. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not, without Companyʼs prior written permission, “mirror” any Proprietary Material on any other server. The Proprietary Materials may include materials owned by third parties, and any use of any such materials is strictly prohibited, unless prior written consent is also obtained from the owner of such materials.

This includes the names, trademarks and trade names under which Company does business (including DARWISH HOLDING and DARWISH HOLDING WORLDWIDE) which are protected by the laws of the Qatar and other countries. Proprietary Materials also include the names, trademarks and trade names of Companyʼs parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and of third parties, including clients of Company, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and are protected by the laws of the Qatar and other countries. Any unauthorized use of such names, trademarks or trade names is strictly prohibited absent the prior written consent of Company and/or the relevant third party.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties:
The site and everything contained on the site, including, without limitation, text, information, graphics, and links, are provided on an “as is” basis without representations or warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, company disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, with respect to the site, anything contained on the site, or the use of the site or anything contained on the site, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, freedom from computer virus, implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance or any other warranties under article 2 of the uniform commercial code. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of Qatar County, Doha with respect to any dispute or controversy regarding these Terms or arising out of or related to use of the Site and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction in any such action.

10. iSpace 2 years extended Warranty Terms and conditions:
- iSpace Qatar, warrant the Apple-branded hardware product bought from our shops, online store in Doha, Qatar against defects in materials for TWO (2) YEARS locally from the date of original retail, online purchase by the end-user purchaser in addition to the software repair.
- This Warranty does not apply to any non-Apple branded hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with Apple hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than Apple, may provide their own warranties to you.
This Warranty does not apply:
a) to protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time or batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the Apple Product’s specifications;
d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake, or other external cause;
e) to damage caused by operating the Apple Product outside Apple’s published guidelines;
f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider (“AASP”);
g) to an Apple Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Apple;
h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Apple Product;
i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Apple Product; or
j) If we receive information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Apple Product, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (eg. by presenting proof of purchase).
